While some could note their rather dark, blue eyes, for the rest one would describe her as average most of the time. Though she seems to have acquired a recent desire to “stand out” more. Having put a crimson streak in her hair. Promenade infiltration has required her to cover this is up during operations as to not draw attention. Of moderate physique, some would describe her sometimes as scrawny. Dietary issues might be the cause of this from time to time. She possesses no imperfections on the skin. Though has professed a desire to get piercings. Her latest clothing choices seem to indicate a desire to blend less in.
Height
5'7"
Weight
122 lbs
Ethnicity
Caucasian

Psychological Profile
Description
Initial psychological evaluation had indicated that Miss Hayes was of sound mind despite her absent parents and home situation. She comes over as kind and helpful. Seen as a “hugger”, Miss Hayes seems to enjoy the interaction with people and had no issue connecting with various people of her own age. Deeper questioning however showcased fatal flaws in this initial profile. To quote Miss Hayes herself in session 73: “It sometimes feels like I’m just wearing a mask.” While no overt harmful deviant behavior has been exhibited, her handler insists on continuous psychological treatment. Despite her handler’s continuing worries, it would appear that Miss Hayes does not share this burden. Her cover is easily and well maintained. With already a natural tendency to simply disappear from group events and her habit of often being alone for extended periods of time allows for easy extraction and insertion back into normal life. The only problematic point here is that her progidal knowledge is starting to attract attention from school clubs that are attempting to recruit her in an effort to boost the local chess, debate, and math teams. Field operational readiness is not threatened by any psychological issues as of this time. Miss Hayes, however, requires a strong team leader in an effort to keep her from wandering off or diverging from the plan as she is want to do. During missions, she often tries to reach for non-lethal, non-direct methods. Hacking, distractions, and stealth are her go-to tools. Guns being only a last resort. Once entering the digital world though, it would appear that no ethical, legal, or indeed physical border is on her mind as she has shown a willingness to do almost anything to achieve her objective. This willingness to cross so many lines should probably further investigated. Though it has not carried over into her real-world actions. Note of Dr. Amanda Barns: Miss Hayes shows a grown dependency upon foodstuffs and pharmaceuticals like coffee, energy drinks and most recently Adderall.
Likes
Hugs Hacking Coding Coffee Chocolate Movies Friends
Dislikes
Incompetence Wasting time Lizards Public Speaking Being psychologically examined
Goals
Matrix - Inspired by the first movie, miss Hayes seems to have found a desire to completely bridge the digital to the real world. Creating a sort of strange combination of the two. However she seems to acknowledge the scope of this dream and is willing to wait and simply offer her aid in this effort.
Fears
Prison - The Hayes-Langley incident seems to have instilled a powerful fear into Miss Hayes. Who has professed on multiple occasions that she doesn't want to be locked up.
Sexual Preference
Bi-Curious

Background check
Familial Information
James R. Hayes - FATHER - ALIVE - Master Chief Petty Officer with the United States Navy Esmeralda J. Ricci - MOTHER - ALIVE - Special Agent with the CIA, Counterintelligence Center
Background information
Miss Hayes is the only child of Masster Chief James Hayes and Special Agent Esmeralda Ricci. Born out of wedlock, information suggests the two's relationship was never intended to last long. It would seem the child changes these plans. Nonetheless, their marriage has held for 15 years now. Marriage counseling has been taken, however. Kindergarten teachers described Emily often as shy and withholding. With a preference for drawing and solving puzzles over other games. With exception of these notes from the various teachers, Emily seemed to fall within the parameters of what most would consider 'normal' considering the lack of special behavioral therapy or other special care. Kindergarten and Elementary school dossier show no record of deviant behavior. These records have already suggested that Emily possessed advanced cognitive abilities. At the age of 13, in middle school, first indications of deviant behavior began to manifest themselves as Emily managed to hack her Baltimore located Middle School's network multiple times. Her Middle School Dossier points out, however, that she never did this to alter scores or commit test fraud. It would appear, from interviews with a school counselor, that she merely did it as a challenge. The applied punishment, two days of detention, seemed to have had little to no effect. Deviant behavior continued to flourish, however. Promenade's psychological evaluation suggests the absence of parental control contributed to a very liberal, resourceful, and independent lifestyle. It seems that around this time Emily had started cobbling together her own servers at home. At age 14, she showed remarkable skill in the creation of scripts and daemons. The Hayes-Langley Incident happened on October 13th, 2018. When a 14-year-old Emily Hayes wanted to know when her mother would return from her supposed trip to Berlin. Mrs. Ricci-Hayes was in fact handling special operation [REDACTED] in [REDACTED]. Due to unknown though patterns, Emily decided to simply breach her mother's computer and find her agenda there instead of calling. It would appear that she brute-forced her way through quite easily. However, this set off various alarms within Langley. It would appear that Emily's digital skills had grown exponentially. An in-depth technical examination can be requested from the CIA under dossier number: #179-158896-86. It would appear that Emily's breach was so thorough and her backdoor so deeply nestled that the CIA had to physically locate her to stop her. Something that took an arduous 3 hours of tracking. Post-incident debriefing appears to suggest that Emily did not even intend to cover her tracks. To this day the level of clearance Emily managed to achieve is considered top secret within the CIA. More disconcerting though is that she found what she referred to as "cookie crumbles" of another agency. One that was not on any federal list. These cookie crumbles in fact point towards Promenade. This sealed her status as to be recruited. The Hayes their relocation was almost ordered by the CIA. However, both parents seemed to continuously apply themselves to their vocations. Which rendered the relocation for them hardly an issue. It would appear it hit Emily harder. None the less she was recruited into Promenade (though it would appear that her recruitment process did not pass without a hitch and Emily attempted - during her training - to hack Promenade several times. Post-recruitment and initiation process passed smoother. Emily has been deployed several times in the field. However, her handler has most recently filed a report suggesting more extensive psychological evaluation and supervision.

Skillset
Talents & Skills
Master Hacker - Miss Hayes' hacking skills are second to none. If a target building has cameras, she's not just in control. She's already looping a feed she made making sure nothing seems out of the ordinary. If there is a server, she already installed a backdoor so deeply hidden that you'd think it's just part of the server's normal function. Tech Tinkerer - The workshop seems to be a second home within Promenade for miss Hayes. Who spends many hours tinkering with various electronic devices. Her main proficiency lies within the creation and programming of various drones, though that is not the limit of her skill. CQC Knife training - Miss Hayes shows some real proficiency in using knives when it matters.
Gadgets
XJ-R8 Drones - Affectionally called "beholders" by miss Hayes, these small insectoid robots are outfitted with gecko-like pads on their legs. Allowing them to crawl upon almost every surface imaginable. On their underbelly, they hold a small device that allows them to discharge an electrical charge akin to that of a taser. Though its size only allows for one charge. The real advantage of the Beholder drones is in their sensory arrays. They come equipped with a normal camera, temperature sensors, seismic sensors, and more. A beholder is basically an amazing mobile surveillance tool. MSIAC Tablet - Technically a standard-issue tablet for any Promenade operative, miss Hayes modified her tablet to an ever-increasing extent. The tablet posses built-in cables that allow it to connect to basically any port or detect any wireless signal. Normally it has some standard programs on the tablet. However, miss Hayes added a vast array of her own scripts, programs, and daemons. Its main strength, however, is the connection she created with her own Promenade server she got allowing her to leverage the server's processing power to breach systems. With her tablet - which she calls her spellbook - in hand Bug can quickly hack most systems in the world. Bug's toolbox - A small box dangling from her belt. The toolbox holds a soldering iron and wick, copper wire, wire cutters, circuit boards and other electronic parts. Allowing her to put together small electronic circuit boards in no time. Bug's knives - Miss Hayes has two knives which she uses exclusively to hit people with (IE: no parrying or defending with them). They are simple, standard knives but Bug is very affectionate of them.
Shortcomings
Attention span - Severa field reports already reported miss Hayes diverging from the plan, often with the idea of doing further recon or find alternative routes. So far this has never threatened operations but could become an issue in the future. Firearm aversion - Miss Hayes seems to have a very real aversion to firearms. To the point that she prefers not to carry one during operations. One-trick pony - While Miss Hayes' skill is to be commended, it is clear that this is also her singular advantage. Should an operation have no technological angle what so ever, she should not take part.

Strength: C-
Physical prowess and endurance fall within acceptable parameters. However, it is clear that this is not where miss Hayes' advantages lay. Further physical training is suggested in an effort to not render her unsuitable for Promenade fieldwork.
Intelligence: A+
Cognitive functionality of miss Hayes far exceeds the average. Something that is becoming somewhat of an issue to cover up in her public persona. Her ability to learn, retain, and combine information is second to none and has so far been considered to be vital during operations.
Close Quarters Combat: A-
Miss Hayes has an aptitude for the disciplined teachings of eastern martial arts but shows no further talent in this domain. She excels, to a degree, with the usage of knives. Oftentimes refraining from attacking until she identified weak spots in her opponents before committing to a short burst of attacks. Further training is advised.
Firearms: C
Miss Hayes’ firearm skills are well within expected parameters. However, a personal aversion to such weaponry has caused her to forsake any post-class training. She has been overheard saying: “… are a rather absolute and crude solution.” Psychological evaluation still cleared Mr. Hayes for firearms fieldwork.
Concealment & Disguise: C+
While miss Hayes shows no special aptitude for personal disguise. Her skills fall on the lower side of the acceptable parameters but have so far not threatened field operation readiness. No exceptional training suggested though a close eye should be maintained so miss Hayes' current skills don’t start to deteriorate.
Strategic Thinking & Leadership: B-
Miss Hayes' excellent intelligence makes her an expert in strategic evaluation, tactical thinking, and variable planning. However, her lack of charisma makes her dreadfully unsuited for any leadership position. Psychological evaluation and field testing suggest she should be given a right-hand roll to a more natural-born leader.
Mental Agility & Intuition: B
Forward planning and rapid option evaluation allow Mr. Hayes to rapidly adapt her plan to changing circumstances. Interestingly various times miss Hayes anticipated these changes in circumstances and planned ahead of them. Commendable skill but the psychological evaluation has already ruled out any exceptional potential in this domain.
Hacking & Computer Operation: A+
Source of her online nicknames Specter (active in North America and Europe) and Spyder (active within Africa and the Middle East) miss Hayes’ digital skill is nothing short of ingenious. She has a long list of various government agencies across the world he digitally breached and her personally crafted daemons are considered the stuff of legends within Blackhat communities. However, this singular fixation with the digital world has lead to concern for miss Hayes’ psychological wellbeing. Routine psychological evaluation is advised.
Observation & Interrogation: B-
When it comes to face-to-face interrogation miss Hayes often fails to readily extract information. However, the clear, analytical mind she possesses enables her to notice even the smallest of details. Making her a skilled observer. Suggested to be paired with a more skillful interrogator.
Linguistics: B+
Capable of both fluently speaking and writing in English, French, and Spanish. Being trained in Russian. Miss Hayes shows impressive skill in learning these languages. Excelling in learning how to write them first generally. The psychological evaluation shows that she is approaching her peak in this field.
Teamwork & Cooperation: C
Fieldwork cooperation is a difficult point for miss Hayes. She has a tendency to lose focus at times and wander from mission parameters. However, it should perhaps be noted that her divergent path often leads to additional intel, new angles of attack or other advantages to the mission. While this behavior should not be praised, it has so far not threatened any operation.

Color: a2d39c
