While she is a stable and secure kind of girl, she does crave creativity and freedom, and once she finds a cause that sparks her imagination, she will be an energy that is oftentimes a root cause of being thrust in the spotlight. This isn't where she always wants to be, and as such she can be rather self-conscious and uneasy, particularly when at times her self-esteem is dependent on finding solutions and on people finding them to be good ideas. Perhaps the best place for her to be is where she has enough freedom to be innovative- she can quickly lose patience or become dejected if she finds herself trapped in a boring role. 

Knowing how to relax is something that Imogen has perfected through her life, and she is perfectly capable of switching from a passionate, driven idealist to the imaginative and enthusiastic free spirit, often with a suddenness that can surprise even her closest friends. [color=silver][indent][sub]Born in California, Imogen’s mother never once tried to hide the fact that her father was nowhere around, and was perhaps far away. She didn’t give Imogen much information about her father, other than the fact that he was a good looking guy who treated her well. Imogen has no memories of her father. 

Home schooled from a young age, Imogen nevertheless had many social activities, from theatre, to karate, to book club and singing. She was quite a friendly person, and soon had a nice circle of friends. When she turned 11, Imogen first entered the official school system, and thrilled for it, imogen spent a few months in a normal school environment. 

Until strange things began to happen, almost dangerous things, and her mother sat her down one day, explaining what she was, and all about the camp. However, Imogen decided to stick it out for a few months more, until her mother was badly hurt in a strange incident. Deciding that she had to do what was right by her mother, Imogen made her way to Camp Half-Blood, enrolling full time at the camp. She can control water around her to propel herself through water at incredible speeds, and harden water into an almost solid shape- she enjoys using this to walk on water by increasing the surface tension to the point it is solid enough for her to walk on- and can form water into extremely durable water shields- and she is working on creating solid constructs that obey her will.

Jamie is quite conformable in her own body- he isn't easily ashamed, and instead she embraces that he is hot. in whatever body they choice to have for the day. She is comedically sarcastic towards others, always teasing and quick to laugher, Jamie isn't one to hurt others for her own gain. Perhaps this is because she has been hurt himself, for being who she is. And perhaps it is just the way they are wired. Either way, Jamie is always happy to help someone if they need it- whether through a crisis or just to have someone to hang out with, Jamie will always be there. 

While Jamie can be seen as not particularly intelligent, she is actually quite so. She enjoys sparring mentally, giving her a chance to exercise her effortlessly quick wit, and her rather broad accumlated knowledge base. She encourages others to challenge her, and if she doesn't know something, she will find the answers. He loves tearing others arguments apart and finding ways of turning peoples own words against them- and it isn't always for a deeper purpose ,sometimes it just for the simple reason that it is fun. 

Despite this outward exterior, the confident happy show, Jamie struggles with emotions. She is good at helping others deal with theirs, but when it comes to her own, Jamie struggles. She doesn't like anyone knowing, doesn't want to be seen as weak, but there are times when Jamie struggles to believe that she is worthwhile, that she has a place in the world- or that anyone would care if she was gone. During these times Jamie works extra hard to ensure that no one can see the pain within her, the struggle, because she does not wish to be a burden to those around her. 

Jamie struggles with his identity quite a bit, feeling like he has to change for everyone around him, so that he can fit in. Again, Jamie doesn't often let this show, preferring people to think he is alright. At times he wishes that someone could see the struggling within, and at others feels like there isn't really anything that can be done about it in any case. Despite their inward struggles, Jamie tries their best to ensure that those she cares about is well looked after, even if it takes all their strength to ensure that they are. 

Dedicated, loyal, trustworthy and lonely, Jamie is a complex package of bright and bubbly, and sad and alone. Tending to display the more happier side, Jamie silently deals with their issues. There are times where they just can't keep things in any longer, and during these times, Jamie tends to hide away, not letting anyone see the pain in side- not wanting to be a burden or to cause any fuss.

[color=silver][indent][sub]Born in Australia, Jamie spent the few several years of their life happily in Australia, loving the country she belonged to. However, when her mother had to move to America for work, Jamie had to as well. She struggled with the transition, missing her home land but eventually coming to accept the home he now had. Jamie didn't miss out on their fair share of teasing, of whether or not she rode a kangaroo to school back home, but Jamie didn't mind. There really was no point arguing with Ignorance- and she turned their words on them. Often she'd leave these encounters laughing his ass off. 

Then strange things began to happen. Doors unlocking... small wins here and there if it involved money... and then found and told what they were, Jamie eventually made her way to the camp. For a while they were a part time camper- until their mother was going to returning to Australia. While Jamie wanted to go back home, they knew that they'd be safer at camp- and with her mother having remarried and another child on the way, Jamie knew that they had to protect their family. Camp was the safest place for them. 

She has since gone back home a few times, to visit her mother and step father, and her younger half siblings, although they don't stay for long. Jamie nevertheless does what they can for her family. Jamie has contemplated a few times going home, although Jamie doesn't consider it an option.[/sub][/indent][/color][color=FF0000]____________________________________________________________________________[/color]

An overly kind person- because she has been in a bad place herself, Kalinda is gentle, although she is far from soft-hearted. Considered a serious, independent young woman who never gives up- even if she herself gets lost sometimes- Kalinda is driven, hardworking and determined to anyone that knows her. She knows her own and isn’t afraid to stand up when something is wrong, and particularly whether it be a friend or any enemy. She is quick witted, funny and has an ability to make others laugh when they are feeling down. Although she can be seen as a bit of a bitch, this is an outer shell she has had to develop due to recent spirals. Once you break through, there is a bright young woman underneath, and a true friend for life. 

Despite her recent troubles, Kalinda has an integrity that can survive through the dark times- and indeed has. She has a practical logic and tireless dedication to duty that makes her a vital core for just about any situation, upholding both traditions, rules and standards. She enjoys taking responsibility for her actions and takes pride in the work that she does, especially if she is working towards a goal she holds dear. She holds back none of her time and energy in completing a task with accuracy and patients (although there are some people that tend to push this). Kalinda doesn’t make any assumptions, preferring instead to earn people's trust, and develop an understanding of them and where they have come from, while giving them help. Due to this, Kalinda can have a no-nonsense attitude- particularly when it comes to injury or illness. 

When Kalinda says she is going to get something done, she does it, meeting her obligations no matter the personal cost, and she often finds herself baffled by people who don’t hold their own word in the same respect. Combining laziness and dishonesty is the quickest way to get on her bad side. Because of this, Kalinda often prefers to work alone, or at least have her authority clearly established by hierarchy, where she can set and achieve her goals without debate or worry over others reliability. 

Because of her dedication, Kalinda often needs to be reminded to take care of herself, her stubborn dedication to her work, to being stable and efficient can compromise her goals in the long term- purely for the fact that she doesn’t take care of herself, creating emotional strain that can go unexpressed for years, only to finally come out after it’s too late to fix it. If those that genuinely care for her appreciate and compliment her qualities, and enjoy the brightness, clarity and dependability she offers, she can find that they have a stabilising role in her self care, but also knowing that she has reliable people around her tends to make things so much easier.

Because of her steadiness in her role, Kalinda has an excellent time management set of skills- although this can be challenged by difficulties. With varying levels of success, she can be the voice of reason in her friends groups, or even just in a tough discussion or battle. If things go wrong however, Kalinda will pick things up and put them back together- brave and rarely one to panic, Kalinda is a steady individual, and a calm, stable medic you could want in battle. [color=silver][indent][sub]Born nine months after her father left her mother, Kalinda grew up thinking her her father was merely a doctor who left for a new job. Her mother kept this as the story she told her, never revealing the truth to Kalinda, merely hoping it was a crazy story she would never have to tell her daughter. Her mother worked in a medical clinic as a receptionist, and it was there she told Kalinda she met her father. She gave Kalinda everything she could, trying desperately to be both parents to Kalinda and she did well. Every year for her birthday and Christmas, Kalinda was sent a present from her father, things a child would like. A stuffed bear, a trinket bracelet, marbles, things like that. She treasured them, but by far her favorite was the Ferret, Chaos, given to her on her 16th birthday.

Her mother worked hard to make sure Kalinda went to good schools. Kalinda was a friendly person, and she made friends easily. She joined many after school activities and sports, and was generally well liked. When she was 13 her mother told her about the camp, and during the summer holidays, Kalinda became a part time camper, learning about what she could do, and who she was. 

However when Kalinda was 18 when her mother died in a car accident. From there she fell into a cycle of depression. Her friends tried to help, but it didn’t seem to help. She became reckless, and did whatever came to mind for her. She fell in with a bad crowd, began to take drugs, and began to drink, using a fake ID to get whatever she wanted, and seemed to leave the camp for good.

Finally though her friends tracked her down, worried about they essentially shoved her into rehab, and one of them was always with her, and so she never had a choice but to clean up her act. Finally she returned to her home, and began to clean out her mother's stuff, in it she found a letter addressed to my darling daughter in her mothers hand writing.

She has never revealed what was in that letter, but Kalinda returned to camp, and became a full time camper.[/sub][/indent][/color][color=ab9d90]____________________________________________________________________________[/color]

While Kalinda isn't as powerful as her father, she can still heal a variety of wounds, as long as she sings a hymn to her father in Ancient Greek. If Kalinda was being truthful, she might wonder if her father had them do that as a little joke, but either way, this doesn't stop her helping those who need it.[/sub]

An extremely shy young man, Michael suffers from an almost crippling stutter that he doesn’t seem to be able to control in the slightest. He seems to get easily frustrated at trying to hold a conversation, and always wonders if people are annoyed or exhausted by him- and because of this, he doesn’t tend to speak a lot, highly self-conscious. If one were to observe Michael, they would see that there are times when his stutter isn’t as obvious. And indeed, they’d be right. Michael seems to, when he is focused on something or particularly passionate- or even just being given a little confidence- seems to control the stutter, without really noticing it. 

However, because of his self-consciousness, Michael can be seen as a bit of a loner, and more than a little strange- at times he prefers to communicate via the written word. Despite this, he is a rather bright young man, with a courageousness that defies his passive nature. He would rather discuss something, then fight about it and the same goes for battle. If something can’t be solved by words, Michael will use his mind to try and find a more peaceful way of ending things. 

Submissive by nature, Michael nevertheless has a hidden leader like nature, which does tend to show itself in certain ways- such as when he seeks to stand up for something, or someone, important. He has a particular soft spot for those that can seem to protect themselves, or are unable to, and for those he cares about. While he doesn’t wish to be in a leadership position, or a position of power, Micahel will exert himself if he needs to, and if no one else is around  who is more suited to the role- in his eyes. He doesn’t want to lead- even the thought of public speaking tends to make his stutter worse, and he believes a leader who can’t speak properly is no leader at all. 

A rather emotional individual, Michael often doubts himself- and this is perhaps the root of Michael’s self-consciousness- he doesn’t believe in himself. He constantly worries what others think about him, and he constantly worries about his sister. Niesha is cool to his warmth, but he is well aware of Niesha’s softer side, and wishes she’d let others see it more often. Despite this, he doesn’t let this cloud his judgement- or at least his ability to think strategically. Both logical and emotional, Michael walks a fine balance between the two, one he seems more than capable of doing. Indeed, he is a rather sympathetic individual, relating to others in a way that many of those with a more logical nature tend to find difficult. 

While Micahel is logical, he often chooses choices based on his own morals and what he thinks should be done, using his knowledge of strategic moves and advances to do so. This fuels his thirst for knowledge that is rarely satisfied and he isn’t happy unless he has several books to read. 

Noble of spirit, when he is moved to defend those who can’t defend themselves, or to protect those he cares about, he is perhaps the worst enemy you will ever face, for he will never give up, nor make a rash mistake just because he is angry. This coupled with his vast store of knowledge makes him a deadly foe for just about everyone, especially given that when he acts, Michael seems to have a skill to inspire others, to help them in a cause he deems important, not just for himself but for themselves as well. 

Generally a very warm, kind-hearted individual, Michael is not a violent person by nature, and while he has a valuable skill with arms, he prefers to address confrontations by a purely strategic and tactical standpoint. He is truly sweet and caring person, and there isn’t a mean bone in his body, although this doesn’t mean that he won’t fight for those he cares about- even if its not in the way people truly expect. She takes pride in bringing people together, particularly when they are on a difficult path. She has a strong belief in the rule of the law, and that authority must be earned, preferring to lead by example then let others decide what is right. Demonstrating dedication and purposeful honesty, Niesha dislikes laziness and cheating- believing that hard works shows what kind of person one is.

[color=silver][indent][sub]Left on her father's doorstep by their mother, Niesha and Michael could be see snuggling closer to each Under their blankets was a letter, sealed with Athena's mark. Their father took them in, and both twins grew up in a relatively normal household. Never alone, they always had each other, but Niesha couldn't help but think there was something different about them. Displaying skill in after school activities that she showed, their father became involved in their lives, 

It was a shock to both twins when he was diagnosed with cancer when they were eight years old. During his treatments, knowing he wouldn't be able to keep as strong an eye on them as he had been, he told them of their mother, and of the camp. Sending them there, the twins became part time campers during the summer, and continued to do so after their father entered remission. Throughout the years, Niesha learned the more mundane household chores, finding joy in cooking. 

As they farther was once more diagnosed with cancer, the twins soon found themselves full time campers after he passed away, both struggling with the change, they both learned to cope in different ways. [color=silver][indent][sub]A rather responsible and intelligent child, Pierre took being a big brother to heart, and always tried to help Adeline as much as he could- but he could see she wanted to try and do things for herself, to be something other then what others saw her as. While he was still watchful, and helping when she needed it, Pierre was content to let her find her way in life. While he tried to help stop the bullying, it served to put him in the limelight, and older siblings of those bullying Adeline came to their defenses. Pierre did what he could, but it soon became difficult to stop the bullying. 

Pierre struggled with knowing what to do, how he could help- even with coming up with ways to help. As Sawyer became a staple in Adelines life, Pierre could relax somewhat, relieved that he wasn't alone in the fight to keep her safe. Pierre never really had any friends anyway- he was too much of a quiet kid, and did take pride in behind able to help his mother, and sister. Considered a geek, he had his fair share of troubles, but tended not to let them get to him. 

It soon became evident however that something was wrong- often times Pierre would find himself feeling like he was being watched- or he would have strange and vivid dreams that would leave him feeling like he had intruded upon someone. As the months went by, and it was revealed what they were, Pierre did the only logical thing he could come up with- he followed Adeline. He wasn't going to let her go off alone, but it was also became of the dreams he was having... Pierre knew that they would both be better off at camp.

Clumsy, forgetful, shy and often seen as timid, but this is far from the truth. Remus has a hidden courage, hidden bravery beneath his insecurity= particularly when he finds himself fighting for something he believes in. If you had to describe Remus in a few words, his closet friends would describe him as reserved, warm-hearted and responsible, while those that don't know him would describe him as quiet, a bit of a loser, and no one to write home about. This is their loss- those that get to know Remus will get his full devotion and loyalty, as well as see another side of the quiet boy that many don't get to see. Port of Remus's problem with a lot of people is that he doesn't seem to have a lot of self-esteem, often referring to himself as just a "nobody". With the support of people that care for him, and encouragement, Remus is a highly skilled and courageous individual. 

When he is fighting for something he believes in, for protecting others or for a task that is important, Remus possesses an ironclad will, courage of outstanding merit and a nobility of spirit- although he can still be comically shy despite this.  Friends have called him a "teddy bear" And while it is often said in jest, this is quite true. Remus is a strong will, courageous and often fierce individual when he protects, but is still as cuddly as a soft toy. While it might seem like Remus is an emotional wreck, he is actually well-tuned into his emotions- and the feelings of others, and while he is good at understanding his emotions, he often struggles to express them. Rather than sharing his feelings, he tends to bottle them up, sometimes to the point that negative feelings towards other people can result- particularly if he doesn't wish to burden others with his troubles. 

With a tendency to underplay his accomplishments, Remus tends to let others take credit for his work, not wanting to case any trouble, he needs to learn how to say no and stand up for himself. He is naturally social, which goes against a lot of his rather introvert qualities, and uses a rather excellent memory not to retain data and trivia, but to remember people and details about their lives, and when giving gifts, Remus has no equal, using his rather vivid imagination and natural sensitivity to express his generosity in ways that often touches the hearts of his recipients.

"I will protect those who can't protect themselves" is something Remus takes to heart, and an ideal he lives by. He rarely sits idle when there is a worthy cause unfinished, and he will always undevout to protect people he cares about, or innocent bystanders in a way that inspires others to stand for themselves, as well as putting himself in harms way. He may never be truly comfortable in the spotlight and might feel guilty taking credit for anything, but Remus will do so if it helps keep people safe. This isn't limited to those he cares about, if there is a good cause, Remus will protect even those he hates- not that there are many of them. The difficult thing for Remus to accept is that there will be times where he can't protect everyone, no matter how hard he tries. 

Perhaps one standing trait for Remus is that he often finds himself frightened- and frightened of anything. This doesn't stop him from doing his best for others, although it doesn't give him much of a courageous air- more a cowardly one. He doesn't let things get to him, but being called a coward sends him in a spiral of degrading self-esteem that can affect him for quite some time.

[color=silver][indent][sub]It was never clear what became of Remus's mother, no one saw her as she placed a baby carrier down on the steps of an orphanage, the baby wrapped carefully in blankets. There was no note, just the child on the steps. He wasn't there long, perhaps a few minutes as his mother knocked, and then disappeared into the night. And so it was that Remus grew up in an orphanage, Suffering from nightmares, Remus would often find himself awake a night- and learned to fear the shadows. 

As things kept happening around him, people having vivid waking nightmares or fears spreading like wild-fires through the other children, Remus grew up surrounded by fear. He tended to keep to himself as such, but grew frightened of just about everything. Without cause, of course, as things- monsters drawn to the fear he created. Monsters weren't the only things that hunted him- a camper found him running from manticore. Rescuing him, the camper brought Remus to camp- and Remus hasn't left camp since that day. Because of how sociable she is, she is rather remarkable at noticing small changes in people, whether it is a shift in facial expressions, a new clothing style or the like, she tends to just pick up on hidden thoughts and feelings and motives, where others would be lucky to pick up anything specific at all. She uses these observations almost immediately, calling out the change and asking questions, often with little regard for others' privacy and personal space. This does, of course, on occasion, get her into trouble. 

A free willed individual, Riley refuses to let herself be retrieved, to have boundaries placed on her, and if she is confined anywhere, she will find a way out. She doesn’t like to rely on people, liking her independence, liking her own strength and she uses this particular strength to stand up to other people and to speak her mind. 

Despite all this, she is an unerringly kind individual, and will do anything for those she cares about, bringing about an anger that is mighty if one of her friends or family is harmed in anyway. She ahs a gentle nature, often seen by those she cares about.

Born into a rather large family, Riley often thought of herself as one in the shadows, overlooked by her older siblings- and perhaps this is why Riley sought to prove herself. 

And thus, as she worked her way through the rather seedy underworld, Riley eventually came to hear of "monster" sightings and attacks. Curious, and wishing to ensure people were safe- well, as safe as they could be, Riley soon developed a way to stop disappearances happening from the supernatural. She gathered a group of misfits- those that rarely seemed to fit in in the world, because they were different, and created a small pocket of peace. 

Which of course, couldn't last.

Appearing to be an outgoing and overconfident person, Talon can be quickly revealed to be so much more complicated and nuanced then he appears at first glance. While he is a very supportive and loyal friend to those who he truly cares about, it can take a while to break through the rather “tough” and hardened shell he displays. Talon has a hard time trusting people, and this can mean that he doesn’t let people in- preferring to be alone then to be hurt. Incredibly brave and quite intelligent despite being considered to be more brawny than brainy, Talon doesn’t try very hard to dissuade people of this. 

Perhaps Talon's biggest issue is controlling his anger. Undiagnosed with intermittent explosive disorder, which causes him to be incredibly impulsive- leading to irrationality and poor judgement, he also possesses a quick temper that can cause him to be eager for a fight when angered. He at times lets this anger get the best of him- part of him wanting a fight, if to prove how tough he really is, although he doesn’t know when to quit in one was being perfectly honest.

Being included in a close friendship group, or even under the good influence of others could help Talon control his temper- to stay in better control However, as it is at the moment, he is prone to bouts of irrationality and violence in certain circumstances. However, despite this negative trait, Talon is shown to be understanding, funny, mischievous and somewhat immature. He is good with kids, an avid fan of classic rock music, and tends to avoid emotional intimacy, Talon is both a simple and complex individual. Typically ruthless and aggressive when challenged, he tackles any tasks that he approaches enthusiastically, and would give his life for those he cares about. 

He has a particular dislike of people who think they are better than him, and when faced with people he considers assholes he can be threatening and determined- and even if he is outclassed, he is sarcastic, rude and often insulting. Despite this all, when he is around those he cares about and trusts, he is very laid back and well disposed- and he values the safety of those he cares about and innocents above all else, even his own life. Though on occasion he can be somewhat impulsive as well as arrogant, Talon is intelligent and competent, and is more likely to exhibit irrational behavior when those he considers family are threatened. He will frequently make light of tense situations, making himself feel foolish- which can also be a source for irrational angry for him. 

That being said, Talon can be a great ally- and it’s always better to have him on your side then not. He will protect those few people he cares about with his life- and glady give his life for them.

[color=silver][indent][sub]Talon wasn't really given the best start in life. While his mother tried her best to give him a good life, it fell well below that, although he was always fed and clothed, even if she wasn't. Things seemed to look up for a time, as she finally found a steady job and a place to live without fear of being kicked out, and for a few short years, Talon knew what happiness was. That was, until, his step-father entered the picture. As the years went past, and Talon exhibited his severe anger, or didn't necessarily stand up for himself, he soon began to experience abuse by the hands of the only father he had ever known. 

Locked away for misbehaving, beaten for the slightest hint of bad behavior, or just because he was a convenient punching bag, Talon learned cruelty from a relatively young age. Starved for hours on end, treated disgustingly for even a hint of something not "manly", Talon grew a complicated relationship with himself. Always punished for not being "manly enough" Talon tried to please, but it just wasn't in him and even if he did something right, it was often tarnished by a beating or two. 

When he was barely a teenager, Talon ran away- this had its dangers too, but it didn't end up with a broken beer bottle against his throat, or being beaten to an inch of his life. As long as he could be smart, grab food or steal money, Talon could survive. It wasn't long however until he was found and dragged back to the place he loathed, his mother screaming and crying. Talon tried to flee again, but failed. His anger was immense, and for a moment Talon could see himself stopping the next blow, turning and just attacking and punching with fury on the man that had made his life a misery. 

And then it was gone, screaming and crying out for his mother to [i]make it stop[/i] but she didn't, she never did. The next time Talon ran, he didn't get far again- but it wasn't his step-father that had found him, instead a Saytr, who led him to Camp-half blood. He hasn't left since, other then Quests. Although Talon has spent some time in relative safety, he carries the scars of abuse not just on his body, but in his soul as well.[/sub][/indent][/color][color=FF0000]____________________________________________________________________________[/color]
