From his simple hair cut to his bland fashion taste, Jun-seo is a simple man. Brown eyes sport dark under eyes, and the slight slouch he had developed indicates the amount he has spent away from bed and over his desk grading papers. Over his lip, Jun-seo wears a mustache he's been too lazy to shave off or maintain. It's clear to anyone that lays their eyes on him that he cares very little about his appearance, and yet he manages to not look too bad. As for his fashion taste, his simplicity extends to the way he dresses. Jun-seo's closet consists of black, white, and everything in between. He considers practicability over fashion any day of the year. It's easy to match his clothes, especially when everything is a shade of black or white. There have been a few special occasions when he wears the color blue, but those are rare. [/sub]
PERSONALITY __________________________________________________________________________
[sub] Openminded | Resourceful | Sarcastic | Cynical | Patient | Apathetic Jun-seo is a stoic man that keeps to himself most of the time. While there have been instances where his students have seen the more gentle and kind side of him he tries to put up a front. There are very few rare moments where he will approach a person and strike a conversation as he tends to be critical of others. There's something in Jun-seo that makes him push others away, perhaps is his non-caring attitude towards things or the stoic tone his voice has. While his outward attitude is toned down to almost no emotions, Jun-seo shows his emotions with actions. He likes to buy his students candies and offer them after tests or writes down a happy face on the student's papers he personally liked. There are little things that Jun-seo does to show his appreciation towards those he likes. It's easy to miss. [/sub]
BIOGRAPHY __________________________________________________________________________
[sub] Jun-seo grew up in Los Angeles, to be more specified, in Koreatown. His parents owned a little resturant off of Wilshire. He, along with his older sister, helped run the place. The family's restuarant wasn't that much of a hit for the locals, but it kept a roff over their heads and allowed his parents to set some money aside for the kid's college fund. Growing up, Jun-seo was a hardworking student. He had to be. His parents were strict about school and rarely had any free time to hang out with his friends outside school. While he didn't mind his situation, he had always wished he had more time for the very few friends he had made throughout high school. Jun-seo graduated from high school with honors, unfortunately, his mother had had an accident just a year prior to that. While his sister was already in university, his college fund had gone to help with his mother's medical bills. The whole bill almost crippled them into closing the store. Jun-seo had to take a year break between high school and college to help around the restaurant while his mother recovered. After that, he was finally able to enroll in community college while he worked two jobs. He never resented his parents or the situation he was in. Jun0seo knew that was life. All he could do was work hard and try to give back to his parents. Simple. That was Jun-seo's life. He graduated from UCLA with a Ph.D. in Psychology. He began working for a private clinic in Southern California. He worked there for about three years before he got a position offer from Northwestern University. Jun-seo took it, sold everything he owned in Los Angeles, and used that extra money to buy his parents a new home. With that, he set out for Illinois.
