[color=919191]Holden is a straight-shooter, no-bullshit kind of guy who isn't afraid of making the hard decisions. When it comes to anyone, he's not going to hold back the truth just to spare you, even if he knows it will hurt you. He's got quite a soft spot for kids, as he has one of his own, and can be very childish when around them in attempts to entertain them. Holden is a trustworthy guy, very loyal to his people and cares a lot for the few people that have managed to push through into his inner circle. The young man is very intelligent and is a thorough-thinker most times except when his daughter is in potential/immediate danger, he tends to get a bit tunnel-visioned.

It's just been Hayden and Holden, along with Oakley. Oakley is very protective of both of his [i]hoomans[/i] but most especially over Hayden. Holden would do anything to keep his daughter and his dog safe. He doesn't plan on going down at all, he plans to be there for Hayden until the end, but [i]if[/i] it came down to it he definitely wouldn't go without a fight. Holden only has Hayden and Oakley, and once he loses them, he's got nothing to lose and won't really care much for this life after that. It'd turn him rather reckless, which would most likely get himself killed.[/sub][/h3][/color][/cell][/row][/table][color=lightblue][u][b][h3][sup]Ｕｐｂｒｉｎｇｉｎｇ　Ｓｙｎｏｐｓｉｓ[/sup][/h3][/b][/u][/color]
[color=919191]Holden was born into the system and adopted by two women. The two lovely ladies brought the boy up in the city of Vancouver where they lived comfortably in a 4 bedroom house and gave Holden everything he could've asked for and more. Holden's mothers never adopted another child, as he turned out to be just enough for them to handle. The boy was a trouble-maker in his younger years. At the age of 13, just before his first year of high school, his grandfather suggested to his mothers that he be put into military school to whip him back into shape. Off he went to Texas to attend the Resolution Ranch Academy where they helped Holden regain himself and taught him how to be a better, more productive young man.

He spent two school 10-month-long stays at the Academy, coming home for 2 summers before going off to the private school he was originally intended to go to. That's where he met his late wife, Hayley. They dated for two-and-a-half years before Holden shipped off to Basic Training. During Family Day, Holden and Hayley (unbeknownst to them) conceived their daughter Hayden [sub](Yes, {Hay}ley and Hol{den} put their names together to give their daughter her name.)[/sub], who was born while Holden was out on deployment. It was also the unfortunate day that Hayley died during childbirth, and Holden lost the love of his life. Hayley's parents weren't in the picture at the time, so it fell on Holden's mothers to take care of Hayden while Holden was away on deployment.

He spent his minimum two years Active Duty with the Army before he left for good to come home to care for his daughter. His mothers were very helpful with teaching him the ins and outs of raising Hayden on his own. A year went by and the young man found it difficult to juggle 2 minimum wage jobs and take care of Hayden simultaneously, and finally decided to suck it up and ask his mothers for some [i]real[/i] help. They looked over her care while Holden decided to go back into the military, this time choosing to enlist in the Coast Guard. He's spent the last 3 years with the Coast Guard and is returning home for a week on Leave where he will be spending some overdue quality time with his daughter.[/color]
