Well, I'm willing to tune Vasilis to whatever you want to run Danger as. If you did want a powered battle we'd just have to decide how powered you want to go. When I wrote Vasilis's powers last time I got too hung up on how they worked rather than the limits of what he could do, so that shouldn't be too hard to correct. At his most powered, he can adjust the momentum of objects he touches. Danger seems to consist mostly of mental prowess powers that let him continue fighting despite what happens to his body. There isn't a lot of specific information about his physical prowess, were you going for "grounded realism" or something closer to "cartoon realism?" Also, did you want to hammer out specifics in PMs or did you want to continue discussing stuff here? Also, have you read any arena fights? They aren't too hard to figure out, I just wanted to make sure you knew about stuff like "interrupts" and the difference between preparing an action and executing it.
