No not at all. It probably requires the least amount of effort out of any RPs I've participated in. It can of course depend on how much effort players [i]want[/i] to put in, but I was looking for something minimalist. A one-liner action, maybe with some dialogue/description, is the norm for these things. And it would be free-form open-world, so there's not really going to be anything pre-planned at all.
