Keiko truly finds fun in life messing with others. Everyone is an imperfect being that has yet to be touched and recreated by her and her quirk.She can be considered to have multiple sides to her personality depending on her moods. She has a sadistic one that wants nothing but fun; this tends to be her happy side. She has a meh side that is more for research and recreation of things for betterment of whatever she feels. Then she has a sad side that is content just laying around and being lazy in her cozy cave she calls her lab/room or wherever she is allowed to call her own.

Keiko’s quirk has many different forms and uses most of which none has ever seen or noticed as those who do tend to not fully understand the process of her quirk. The most basic is blood is her everything.  She can manipulate blood whether it is her own or others at a thought. However to control others  her blood has to get on to them. She has shown some deconstruction and reconstruction of blood and  the isolation of changing and manipulating its properties from her vast biology and medical background. She can recreate and has shown on rare occasions to bring someone  back who has  just been declared dead. Keiko is one of the main players when it comes to stabilizing quirks and assisting in their mutations and changes when given the right  motive.

However using her own quirk de aged her making such things hard for manipulating and controlling them but at the same time deaging makes it harder for the authorities to truly find her.

Underworld born and raised - the darker side of society is the world she grew up in. she once cared for heroes but growing up she learned heroes aren't there to save innocent souls from falling and being manipulative and all heroes do in her opinion allows monsters like herself to continue to grow, Keiko cares not for the world of saving as she knows deep down she doesn't need to be saved nor should she ever. She was made for the darker side of society and her existence was to serve and survive plain and simple.
Loyalty - Keiko was raised kinda like a robot in a sense. Her parents and family used and manipulated her mental to simply grow to live to serve others and survive in the shadows.  Her loyalty tends to not switch unless the one who has her following  switches. It's a psychological issue on her part
Research/scientist.- She has spent ages learning and adapting and learning new methods through the connections of her family making her wise beyond her own years and very into her job and sense  of duty with the use of her quirk[/hider]
