Kirk focused his eyes and his eyes didn't deceive him. A man [hider=]
has fallen into a river in lego city! [img]https://i.imgflip.com/3o9xwv.jpg[/img][/hider] was moving across a pond. Kirk was taken
back. "I don't think I've lost it just yet..." Kirk muttered. 
Kirk knew he was in the open where he could be seen, if the man looked his way.
If Kirk decided to hide anywhere the barning barn would clue him something was afoot.

Kirk gave in and decided to run to the wooden fence that had been about 20ft from him, 
horizontal from the man, concealing him.((3b)). The fence still had it's cracks to
be seen through, but the angle of the fences from him to the pond filled the line of sight
with more fencing. 

If the man did approach, he could notice Kirk moving
or notice his leather coat's texture or maybe any other color difference on him compared to the
fences wood and snow colors. 
Hopefully the man didn't see him running to the fence first.
