[@Melkor] it does kinda sound like another kingdom. Probably with the mention of a floral throne and palace. and how house rose claimed the throne 100 years prior. (Throne meaning the crown...) the way you speak of avelyn, it sounds more like country instead of a fiefdom. It’s also confusing when there are two houses to inherit the city or fiefdom or what ever. Usually it just passes to the eldest son (in which case would be lord alane the younger. Ignoring Eve. But still if she removed herself from house rose and and any claim to the lordship of avelyn, that would leave alane the younger still in charge. Or on the flip side. Kingsley would be in charge and she wouldn’t have any power to put them in equal footing. Because being on equal claim doesn’t mean he was a vassal to rose. Then she suddenly acends the flora throne? It’s all really confusing
