We can have the trainers get to know each other and such after that anyway, although that ringmaster IS still on the loose. maybe the next plot can be mainly focused on him a bit? 



If it helps, my characters normal career is a breeder who adopts out pokemon and pokemon eggs, maybe you can work with that somehow?
