The school does offer on-campus jobs such as a café server (you'll help make drinks, serve food, keep the cafeteria clean, prepare food if you have the experience), a library assistant (self-explanatory), a teacher assistant (self-explanatory), and a volunteer (who picks up litter, helps janitorial people, clean chalkboards and their erasers).

While this isn't a job, there is an honor given out to well-liked students. You could potentially become a Resident Advisor, in charge of one of the many floors in the new high-rise dorm, built this past summer replacing the old hospital/asylum looking building. Untouched and modern!

HOWEVER, every Friday and weekends, kids can dress casual, semi-casual, formal, etc. This section does not need to be lengthy. You can list said features or write them out. Please do not give your character a crazy amount of tattoos. If you do give your teen a tattoo, only one or two, you have to hide it because it's against dress code. That's the only rule staff will police. Tattoos are weird pre-18 because realistically they shouldn't have any. Since this is San Francisco, we are okay with other forms of expression: dyed hair, piercings, different skirt lengths, jewelry, etc. The rulebook is outdated - so if you're new you'll be fooled. It says they are against all this, but the reality is your uniform is your base. Teachers love seeing your added touches to it. If you want to sew an embroidery, go for it. Have rainbow hair? Fucking love it. This school is very old and the staff don't care enough to update the rule book. The only thing that makes them uncomfortable is an underage person having a ridiculous amount of tattoos.
