Kirk almost felt bad the the buffoon before him, but perhaps he'd be doing him a favor putting the giant of a man out of his "misery".
Kirk could only imagine what life for this guy was. Was a body builder who escaped a hospital after a self induced coma at the gym, now with brain damage? Perhaps he was raised by wolves. Kirk started getting lost in thought, but snapped out of it after a minute.

If Bulk was still standing there; kirk would go for the shot. Bang, the bullet hits Bulk in the head with smoke from the rising with the hot steam coming from under Bulks body. kirk would walk up to inspect the man and give him a kick before continuing on his way.
