[@VerusEbullio] I like it. My biggest question, however, is; Why are they trying to remove their quirks. For some of them, I can understand, like if someone can explode with the force of a megaton bomb every time they get angry, yeah, you want to neutralize that, but if one of them could, say, read minds or manipulate magnetism or something, why wouldn't they want to weaponize them? Morality doesn't seem to be a factor, if they're straight up kidnapping them. [@deia876lat] I like this setting. The only drawback is that if it all takes place in the Tower, that pretty much guarantees that every character is potentially usefull, which isn't bad, but it does limit character just a tad. I'd personally like to see at least one character with a useless quirk, like the ability to turn their skin invisible, but not any of their insides or hair or anything. [@Melkor] I mean, it's kind of the opposite of My Hero? In My Hero, everyone all over the world suddenly develop quirks over night, with the exception of the 1% of the population that's quirk less,
(unless they all just have Deku's quirk transferal quirk)
establishing a new normal. The premise of this RP is that only 5% of people are born with quirks, causing the powers that be to hide them in order to sustain the current status quo.
