So they did. Well, the ones in Awakening all have the same transformation, though that's probably because they're all related. 

Either way, if you wanted to make him a Taguel, Dragon has put provisions for them in the character info section so they are at least viable for the RP. You might want to run it by him what the transformation would be though.
