Not that he was responsible for Myra’s well being; he was not her babysitter or caretaker. Even though she seemed to him to be mentally challenged; he was impressed by her progression of learning names and learning to be civil. He was sure they were safe for the time being of any spiders or other acolytes of Aklenroth. The undead being was keeping himself close to Myra; since he knew her a bit more than the others. However, he seemed to have the trust of the feral woman; so that was the advantage he had in gaining the trust of the others. When the one named Malachi asked the others of their allegiance; now was the time to choose his words carefully. What he says next could affect how the others will trust him when they go to where the other rebels are. He listened to the other male in the group mentioning how he was created by Aklenroth; a smart person would be weary and separate him from the others. But he guessed the others were stupid enough to believe an evil creature created by Aklenroth could change. That assumption could be wrong if they were willing to kill him. For the time being, he was going to try and fool the others that were on their side. “If we can nail that bastard Aklenroth somehow; I'm wish you folks all the way,” He said. He hoped they were buying that he was a demi-human mage that was willing to fight this great evil.
