I agree, the Acorn is probably the best mascot for Eukary University. Choosing a specific animal doesn't feel right.

So how about this? School colors are mainly [color=1a7b30]Green [/color]and [b]White [/b]with [color=aba000]Gold/Yellow [/color]accents (or maybe [color=a0410d]brown[/color] if you guys prefer?). Roughly, this is what they would look like. But imagine a big "E" or "ACORNS" or the acorn mascot.

If shown in color, the leaves and bottom of the acorn are green. The acorn top is gold/yellow/brown.[/hider]
