Outside the Cafeteria, interacting with [@LostButterfly92] Gracie couldn't help but blush as she was building a snow-deer, perhaps others would judge her and comment on the childishness of it. Normally, she wouldn't do anything that makes her stand out but being out in the snow she couldn't help the sense of nostalgia of her childhood days playing with her brother in the snow as her parents watched and offered them hot chocolate with marshmallows. The few happy memories she had of her brother seemed to overtake her paranoia of how other mammals would look at her. Patting on the large snowball that she had built she looked up at the beautiful winter sky, the gorgeous hues of the pink sunrise that may soon melt her creation. When looking back down, she noticed that the other student from earlier had joined her with a wave and a nervous smile. Was she as bashful as herself? Seeming as the stranger seemed innocent enough, she hesitantly returned the wave, "H-Hey there..I don't usually see others so active in the mornings." She spoke as soft as the snow and scrambled for small talk, something she had struggled with. She scratched the back of her head with a smile and then relaxed her gloved hands on her knees. "I couldn't help myself," She chuckled looking toward the start of her creation, "I used to do it so often as a fawn, build a snow-mammal that is." She felt the need to explain her actions. "Oh--how rude of me..My name is Gracie. 3rd Year." She bit her tongue slightly, why did she announce her year to this stranger? "Calm down, Gracie." She thought, reprimanding herself. She extended her hand, "And your name?" She put on a warm smile toward the other, though in her mind she was still paranoid that she was acting foolish.
