Name: William Falls
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Appearance:

Personality: William is quite the calm individual to an almost inhuman degree. The drive everyone gets from setting a goal and making their journey towards completing it seems to be missing from him. His slothfulness is basically strong enough to be called an illness. As a person who lacks hate and love, William takes pleasure in nothing and has to force himself to act on anything. The two things keeping him from wasting away are the urges to practice magecraft for a reason beyond him and muscle memory. Unfortunately for him and others, his artificial urge to practice magecraft is a leaky faucet that let past fragments of him drip. As a result, if something can be loosely tied to practicing magecraft, then he's able to muster that artificial resolve.
Skills: Due to interest in anatomy, William has gained a very strong expertise in surgical methods on humans. Other than that, he's exceptional at math and science. He knows the common skills of cooking and organizing, but lacks the other part called cleaning. Abnormally skilled at taking down humans.
Abilities: As he was taught by a proper Magus, William should've gained all knowledge and skill on all the basic magecraft; however, he was a failure in some of them. He could never get down Gradation Air and Alteration perfectly, so he focused more on Reinforcement. After learning his two elements were Earth and Water, he was forced to understand and practice the foundation and the basics of those elements over and over until he was coughing blood to make up for his weakness. With those two elements, he created his own fighting style of laying down traps on the spot with the Earth element and changing its flow with the battle with the Water element. He can make strings of water strong enough to tear through a tree. Due to an incident in the past, William picked up healing magecraft. He's much better at healing himself than others, but he's still able to at least prevent another person from dying from a fatal wound.
Brief Backstory: William descended from a minor family of Magi that goes back only three generations. His birth was considered a blessing to the family as his mother tried to have a child multiple times in the past, yet they ended in stillbirth. Even more of a miracle was the quantity and quality of his magic circuits that had more potential than the average magi. Even though his mother died at his birth, his father was overjoyed as there was someone he could pass on his arts too. However, the remaining family quickly realized that William's miracle birth was more than that. It was a freakish abnormality. The boy had an almost psychopathic urge to cause harm to living things and he was almost ignorant of outside stimulation, so his father and grandfather staved off that urge with wild animals, but even William grew numb to those critters. He needed something with more sapience and more life to it. It was hard to teach him magecraft because he almost always ignored anything. Eventually, he went after a human being with the intention to murder at 12 years old. His grandfather and father were at odds on how to deal with this reprehensible mentality. The grandfather wanted to kill him and the father wanted to just let it go. The result was a compromise that led to the boy's mind being altered. Memories changed and personality twisted into something easier to mold. He went from a complete person that almost rejected everything to an incomplete person that took in more from everything. Unfortunately, manipulating something as sensitive as the mind to a degree like that wasn't something they specialized in. There were a few spots they missed that seeped into the new William. Fragments that made him realize that there was something wrong with him. Asking his grandfather didn't work and asking his father didn't work either. The command seals appearing on his hand led him to a last resort.
