Nah, it is actually not as hard as it seems. You just write your characters action, but make sure that if you start something there is mention of it, some way that if I am called to judge the action I can readily tell that you are doing a charged or prepped action, otherwise it is a normalized action/attack. The complexity comes later on when high tier characters are looking to score the hit that can end the fight. When you get into a fight I can watch it to make sure that you are not being taken advantage of because of lack of knowledge.
