[@FalloutJack][@Double]: I think you two both misunderstood what I was saying. I was only talking about skipping through whatever time your characters spend on the space ship, training under enhanced gravity, if they even want to do that. 

Basically, you have three weeks (GAME TIME) till the big bad stops on Mars. That is plenty of time to do everything you're wanting to do. As a frame of reference, it took us nearly a year IRL just to get through two days at the World Martial Arts Tournament. If you were to skip a week or two for training on the space craft, that would still leave you with one or two weeks game time, to work through your plot however you want. That should be plenty of time.
