When she met Achilles in battle, it was in search of a warrior's death and the honor that comes with it. However, denied that by his lack of respect and her victory, Penthesilea views her further dishonor and suicide as a great shame and blames the Greeks, particularly Achilles. Nothing short of the total destruction of Greece, removal from the tapestry of fate, and the erasure of the memory of Greece will grant her a modicum of the peace she has been denied. Personality: Once a proud and honorable warrior, Penthesilea sought honor in combat. The situation of her final fight and subsequent death has taken that from her. Instead of a strong amazonian queen, or a loving sister, or a great warrior, Penthesilea is a wraith, born back into the world to visit all the hatred and self-loathing she feels onto her enemies and those around her. She doesn't want to be looked at, hiding her appearance away from everyone, enemy and master. She fights with a hot fury, anger driving her strikes, letting it power her. When it comes to Greeks, however, her fury becomes a berserker rage, where she uses anything on hand, anything within her power to destroy her opponent, including her bare hands and teeth. While she is fueled by an unrelenting hatred, Penthesilea will protect her master, perhaps they may even find common ground and "get along." Her main goal, however, is to slaughter all who oppose her in the war, potentially even her Master, and seize the grail to undo her enemies. Bio: Instead of the story we know, with Penthesilea being killed by Achilles, she was driven to a sort of berserker rage due to the lack of respect and honor shown to her by Achilles. Instead of dying by his hand, Penthesilea killed Achilles, tearing him apart with any weapon she could use, including her hands and teeth. By the time she'd realized what had happened, she and her dogs were chewing on Achilles remains, and realizing the loss of control and honor, Penthesilea took her own life in disgust and anger. Equipment: Trojan armor, helps mask her identity. Originally belonged to Hector. Parameters Strength: B+ Endurance: C+ Agility: C+ Mana: C Luck: E Class Skills: Avenger - B - Representing the state of an Avenger as one that gathers people's hatreds and grudges onto oneself. It is easier for one to accumulate hatred and resentment. As someone who sank so low as to consume the flesh of a foe in a blind rage, Penthesilea draws these grudges to her and uses them as fuel to continue her crusade. She will never forgive Achilles or Greece. Oblivion Correction - A - People are creatures that forget many things, but an Avenger never forgets. The critical effect of Avengers who attack from beyond one's memory is strengthened. Where others may forget or write her off as a footnote in someone else's legend, Penthesilea remains, her memory strong and her grudge stronger. Self-Replenishment (Mana) - C - One's Magical Energy endlessly surges until their revenge is accomplished. Recovers a minuscule amount of magical energy every turn. Penthesilea derives a small amount of sustenance from the fires of her own hatred and the grudges of those arrayed against her. Anger and grudges sustain her, to a degree, while her master still does most of the work, this is something. Personal Skills: Death Howl of Troy - A+ - If Penthesilea finds herself in a particularly bad situation, can rouse her divine blood to give her a boost, to help sustain her during battle. The howl the releases is filled with all the anger and sorrow of the Trojans who knew they were lost without Hector. Penthesilea has taken this upon her as the last, true, defender of Troy, and uses these negative emotions to fuel herself and continue fighting, even through wounds that would otherwise slow or disable her. When activated, this skill activates her parameter buffs. Beauty - X - Unrivaled beauty sealed and hidden by her armor, the armor and gleaming helm of Hector. Unsealed this skill represents beauty rivaling a goddess, the same beauty that drove Achilles to lust for her and let his guard down, the same beauty that let her slay Hector's killer. As a warrior, her beauty bothered her, as her enemies saw beauty instead of a worthy foe. As an avenger, she may yet use this skill against her foes. Cannibalism - B - Penthesilea is a rabid beast. Despite killing herself for it, or perhaps because of that, she is cursed(or gifted) with the ability to consume her foes and gain a benefit from it. Normally this would bother her, but this version of Penthesilea has given up on her humanity and embraced the darker side of her hatred. Any means are acceptable to arrive at her ultimate goal of the destruction of her truest enemies. Thanks to this lack of scruples, she is able to use this skill to consume her foes, to regain some of her lost mana and health. This skill also extends to her attacks, to a milder degree, allowing her to leech the life force from her foes as she attacks them, promoting a much more aggressive combat style. Divinity - C - One's aptitude as a divine spirit. Penthesilea as the daughter of the god Ares, is granted a degree of divinity by grace of her blood. However, she disdains all who participated in the Trojan war, including the gods who chose sides and influenced the war. As such, her divinity is lowered somewhat, for her hatred of the gods. She isn't particularly mad at Ares, however, as he did not seem to play any major roll in the war.
True Name: Durindana Spada (Cursed) Title: Ultimate Cursed Blade Rank: A+ NP Type: Anti-Army Range: 2~8 Maximum Number of Targets: 50 Description: The, originally, golden bladed sword/spear wielded by Achilles during the siege of Troy. It was able to change its form by controlling the length of its hilt, however that ability is denied to Penthesilea. When Hector fell to Achilles and the amazons took to the killing fields, Penthesilea used it to face down Achilles and slew him toward the end of the siege. Now it returns as her weapon, a container for the grudges she gathers, a focus to turn those into a weapon against her enemies. Passively, the sword acts as an extension of her will, singing with her grudges and curses, seemingly glowing a hateful red as it acts as a conduit to share her pain with her foes. When activated it releases her grudges, the force of her anger smashing her enemies back as the grudges and curses are freed from her sword to attack others around her. The sword that once represented the power of Troy and the honor of her strongest champion, now bears a new meaning. Now it serves as a vessel for the vengeance of Troy, her citizens, and especially her defenders. To Penthesilea it is a reminder of her shame and the death of Troy, needless to say it serves to fuel her hatred to even greater heights. True Name: Goddess of War Title: War God's Military Sash Rank: A NP Type: Anti-Unit~Anti-Fortress Range: - Maximum Number of Targets: 1000 Description: It is remodeled from an offshoot of the war banner of her father Ares. It is a band of fabric with a plain pattern drawn on it that she wears as a girdle. Despite its appearance, it seethes with an abnormal amount of magical energy and possesses a divine aura thick enough to make it seem like a god itself had used it. Despite its appearance, it seethes with an abnormal amount of magical energy and possesses a divine aura thick enough to make it seem like a god itself had used it. Wearing it greatly increases the user’s Divinity, Strength, Endurance, Agility, and Mana parameters. Its strength cannot exceed a certain point due to Mystery in modern society being weak. The sash belongs to the queen of the amazons and represents their honor and prowess as favored daughters of the war god, Ares. With her sisters dead, Penthesilea was the last heir to the throne, and as such now bears the banner. It, like her blood, are one of the few things that still connect her to the person she was before Troy, an honored daughter of Ares. Now she uses it as a tool to help her win the grail. True Name: Persona tau Hektor Title: The Gleaming Helmet of Troy's Lost Hero Rank: D NP Type: Anti-Unit (Self) Range: 0 Maximum Number of Targets: 1 Description: Originally belonging to Hector, the helm allows Penthesilea to mask her own identity, masquerading as Hector of Troy. The only benefit it offers is hiding her true identity and sealing her goddess-like beauty. Originally Hector abandoned his armor, taking Achilles' to use against the Greeks. However, with his death, when the amazons joined battle against Greece, following Hector's death, Penthesilea took his armor to use for herself. Now it remains due to her status as the last defender of Troy, and a statement that Troy will not be forgotten, her enemies undone by the last queen of the amazons.
