Others might find them charming, a perfect fit for her face where all her features are exaggerated. Just like her blue eyes, her lips are amplified – even her two front teeth are large and in charge as well as her groomed thick eyebrows. When it comes to her clothes, Kinga takes a lot of inspiration from 90s grunge – baggy retro shirts, ripped blue jeans, and holey sneakers with added accents of flannel…lots and lots of flannel.[/sup]

[sup]Kinga doesn’t have much of a reputation at Marble Heights Academy. Mostly because she’s a big believer in keeping her head down and her friendships small. The people that do notice her, or try to engage in conversation with her, often note that she’s snarky and sarcastic. When she’s not with her friends, Kinga is prickly and has a hard time relating to others. Her friends seem to enjoy her company, though, and most of them see past her acerbic and nonchalant front to the caring person underneath. [/sup][/cell][/row]

That’s what her father told her when at the age of nine after she had broken her ankle in ballet. [color=white][i]“You should have practiced more.”[/i][/color] He had said over the top of his newspaper, a cigar in his hand. Kinga quit ballet after that. 

Kinga was born into a strict Roman Catholic family in Warsaw, Poland. Her father was a wealthy politician and her mother a devout churchgoer. Being in the public eye from a young age, their single daughter was expected to be pious, talented, and smart. Kinga fucking hated it. Her childhood was a series of hobbies being forced upon her – ballet, soccer, piano. The only thing that actually stuck was violin, something she had a natural knack for and she [i]almost[/i] enjoyed it. For the longest time, Kinga was a good little doll for them. She practiced hard, worked on her grades, made friends with the influential. 

Then she discovered the occult.

Kinga had impulsively ducked into an occult shop while trying to avoid a politician’s dick of a son. While waiting him out, she browsed the stuff and it soon became a secret obsession of hers. She loved all things occult – but she was especially drawn to Satanism. The allure of freedom and hedonism that Kinga was refused had been intoxicating. She collected items from that shop like snow globes. She became friends with the American store owner, changed her style to be more inspired by the 90s American grunge movement, and delved into the occult. 

When her parents happened across her stash, her mom having raided her room while she was at school, Kinga was promptly sent away to a boarding school in the United States – Marble Heights Academy. This is her second year attending.
