[indent]The most distinguishing trait Arthur can be described as is how calm he presents himself no matter what situation he finds himself in. Even if things aren't actually working out too well for the young son of Selene, he never loses his composure and cleverly comes up of a way to turn the situation in his favor. Having scientists for parents has developed his curiosity for things he isn't familiar with and he could often be seen reading books and researching on such topics specially when he is trying to get into stuff that his friends find interesting. He seems to oftentimes exude confidence in everything he does, and failure doesn't do much to subtract from that. As a both a son of Selene, and a big astronomy geek, he considers himself as more of a night owl, often staying up very late just to enjoy watching the moon and stars with his prized telescope. Arthur is also very friendly, having developed his social skills extensively due to how often his family had to move because of work. However, as much as he enjoys interacting with his fellow campers, he also sometimes prefers to spend his leisure time alone, or with those closest to him. Lastly, he tends to exhibit a sense of responsibility far greater than most of his campers owing to the way he was brought up where he had to take care of himself as more often than not, his parents were absorbed in their work.[/indent]

[indent]Arthur's father, Dr. Terrence Keller was as much as a recluse as he was a workaholic. Despite the fame and recognition, as well as the fortune he had amassed over the years, he would always decline invitations for parties and galas, in favor of continuing his research in some of the most remote observatories in the world. His unwavering dedication for his work attracted the attention of a goddess thought to have long since faded. One day, a mysterious woman was assigned as Terrence's assistant while he was doing some research at the Sphynx Observatory on the Bernese Alps. The woman was reserved, yet seems to be highly knowledgeable about an expansive number of topics, specially his favorite, the Moon. Their mutual love and admiration quickly developed into love and admiration for each other. Eventually, Selena Hoshinova revealed herself as the Goddess, Selene, and told Terrence that she was pregnant with his child.

Due to his parents' line of work, Arthur practically lived out of a suitcase. Surprisingly, the boy didn't seem to mind as long as he got to spend time with his parents who were almost always exclusively absorbed in their work. At a young age, the boy figured that in order to get them to pay attention to him, he needed to learn more about their interests. As expected, as soon as he started asking questions about astronomy, the stars, and the moon, his parents were more than happy to spend time with him, answering those questions. In time he, himself , learned to love astronomy as it is, rather than just a convenient means of getting his parents' attention. His social skills quickly developed as well since this almost nomadic lifestyle meant he had a limited amount of time to make friends before they moved on to some place else. 

Eventually, the couple decided that travelling with them would do Arthur no good. He needed to be with children his age, children of his own kind, and live as normal of a life he could as a demigod but not before Selene taught him a few things such as how to control his powers, and how to fight. And train him she did, one that made the Spartans' look like they were a bunch of boy scouts. Selene pushed Arthur to his limits in order to bring out the boy's talents since he needed all the mentorship he could get if she were to let him go from her protection. Thus, by the time he arrived at camp, Arthur was already a lot more experienced than the average camper. He has stayed in the camp almost year-round, leaving only for the occasional quest and going home during the holidays to spend time with his family.  [/indent]

He can make just about anything out of darkness but he prefers making weaponry such as swords, spears, axes, and even guns.  He is also skilled in Shadow Travel and has been able to rapidly make use of it in battle while at the same time having a reduced risk of atomization or a shadow coma. In addition, he can conjure chains of darkness to bind enemies or as a defensive tool to deflect oncoming projectiles or in tandem with his Shadow Travel. [/indent]
