Leannah

Heh. To see Lazhira attempt to stumble through the steps at first, it reminded her of her first martial arts class in her former life. It was endearing, in a way, and brought a genuine smile to the catgirl's face. Of course all the other girl needed to do was practice and gain the physicality to really make use of it. Even the basics and some physical training would suffice more than nothing if the human girl needed to defend herself. Hell, even she got some practice to stay in-shape as well. Even after all that magic practice, and finally achieving something minute at least, it all felt...relaxing, even as the scholar challenged her to a light spar at the end of it all. Though simply to have an associate like Narkissa at the moment, and the company of a friendly local, all of it amounted to something Leannah felt was a good start. No drowning in alien science magic liquid stuff. No dueling a giant stone guardian in a big prison. It was a relief, and more ironically perhaps the best she'd slept in a long time that night. Though just a bit after the very first morning beams would crack over the horizon, Leannah found herself rousing and before the others awoke. Early training was the name of her game, both in magic and frankly martial arts, in order to hone and further rouse her mental and physical faculties. But right before she would go straight into eating a couple of fish and eat a simple portion of the cut veggies. Not enough to take it all, just enough for one person and leaving more than plenty for Lazhira and the rest. That, and her feline senses seemed to take well to the idea of some fresh fish in the morning to kick off the day after some morning exercise and training. She would then head out a distance from Lazhira's house and away from it, simply trying to go through the normal morning routines and taking things out on some trees to a reasonable extent, though by the time she got back to the house and morning was in full swing the others seemed to be waking up. Lazhira, however, was still very much gone. Likewise, from her spot in the doorway, Leannah simply gave a casual friendly wave in response to the fox girl's sleepy call of 'Morning'. "Anyone seen Lazhira yet?" Leannah said to the others, her eyes briefly scanning over the other three as she leaned on the doorframe in a relaxed manner.
