[indent][sub]Cold and otherwise intimidating, Astrid is the more aggressive Larsen twin. While she is absolutely capable of being kind and compassionate, she can also be very unforgiving, especially if you have wronged her in the pas, but especially if she has ever gotten the sense you hurt Issura in any way. Astrid's loyalty is similar to the Viking CLan she grew up in: she looks out for those she considers her own, or those who she considers to be worthy of her undying loyalty. It takes a lot to earn her trust because she doesn't let many in. You can chalk this off to her obviously personable self, but the truth is she's just very...protective.

Take that with what you will.

The truth is, between how she was raised and the influence her legacy, Vidar, has on her, Astrid has a sometimes twisted way of thinking and feeling. She's often been unforgiving when it comes to the slightest of inconveniences to her. Comments about her can be taken at face value and she might leave it alone, but then she might sit on it several days later and might go up to that same person and hit them in the face. Or she might kiss them. Or blast them with the fury of a Norwegian winter blizzard.

Astrid has a very competitive spirt, too. If she knows she wins and loses fair and square, she'll leave it alone. But she suspects even an ounce of foul play, then run for the hills, because a nasty, petty side in Astrid comes out and it almost always ends up with violence, but in the cold, frosty way one might expect from a daughter of Khione, not in the Brandon son of Ares way.
