Six figures, tall, stand strong in the East... A land of Pisa, pasta, and much art none the least... While two might find love, one soul shall be taken... The Ladies dove shall be found, but what vengeance will it awaken..? ..." Dorian listened intently to the prophecy as Erin spoke it. The beginning was simple and wasn't really worth an interpretation. Six people were meant to go on this quest. The second sentence wasn't even a riddle. Erin's quest would lead her to her human ancestral home. He wondered if that had been done on purpose. He was more than certain that whoever was framing Erin did so intentionally and likely did their due diligence on her and her history when choosing her. But if that was the case they would've had to have known that she'd have the most airtight alibi. But then they'd also know that Ares wouldn't care nor would the gods themselves do any actual detective work. He wasn't quite sure about the next line. Two might find love? While Paris was considered the city of love, Italy was where love and passion truly bloomed. He looked around the room. He didn't see any potential matches among the present group except for maybe Elias and Kyrin. He didn't know much about Elias, but he was pretty sure that he was here more for Kyrin than for Erin. But it was possible that it wasn't about romantic love or other campers might join Erin on her quest. He paused on the line about a soul being taken. He thought the stakes were already high enough with Erin being served a death warrant coupled with the normal dangers of being a demigod on a quest. But now they had to worry about one of their friends losing their soul. He focused finally on the last line. The one that intrigued him the most. Dorian didn't think it was a coincidence that the line was placed after "one soul shall be taken". It's possible that the vengeance could be for a god's child losing their soul on a quest that could have been prevented if someone hadn't been an idiot. But such war gods shall not be named. But it could also be vengeance against the true culprit for orchestrating this entire thing. He hoped it would end as happily as that, but they weren't called Greek tragedies for nothing. When Spencer and Greyson said their respective pieces he decided to speak up after being so silent all this time. It was time for his thoughts to emerge. "From what I could understand from Greyson, I agree. This is Erin's quest, but it's not a normal one. Someone's behind the curtains and pulling the strings to make this happen. It's best to be prepared for anything that comes our way. Starting in Wales may be a good idea, but driving isn't. We already have our regularly scheduled monsters to worry about once we leave the barrier, but we don't know who's framing Erin or what they may be planning to stop us. Driving at the very least leaves you as a target."
