Nation doesn't have a strong following on the guild outside mainly a select few members, but the other stuff you mentioned e.g. Elder Scrolls, Star Wars, etc. is popular around here. I know Gcold's group has an Elder Scrolls RP going, but I don't know if they're accepting any new members.
