Players across the world got out and about to find, capture, and battle Digimon in their communities. However, rumors began spreading across the internet about odd phenomena related to the game happening: Digimon in-game behaving unusually; Digimon disappearing from users' accounts, only to reappear some time later; however, the most unusual were stories about Digimon appearing in the real world. Many dismissed them as bugs, rumors, hoaxes, or lies. However, there are others looking even deeper into the strange phenomena...[/hider]

Hello, my name is FilthyWeeb, and this idea has been bouncing around in my head for some time now, taking concepts from the various pieces of Digimon franchise and putting them into a modern-day (or five minutes into the future, anyway) setting; the closest canon setting I can think of would be Digimon Tamers. While I have next to no experience GMing a RP, I hope to learn from this experience.

Assuming the RP lasts long enough, I have plans for different arcs, the first of which will entail achieving Champion level with our characters' Digimon partners, and finding out why Digimon are appearing in the real world.

I'm looking for 3-5 other players interested in the RP.
