In the same vein as Digimon Frontier? Unfortunately, no. However, having a Digimon partner that is one of the Ten Legendary Warriors is possible; given that Digimon: Tamers' World is a game, items to attain different forms (for example: attaining a Beast Spirit to perform a Slide Evolution) could be obtained through events (in-game tournaments), the in-game store, or pure RNG. However, these mechanics would be more akin to normal Digivolution than Spirit Evolution.
