As per, I imagine, the Ranger Arbiture after my first explination of a "grimoire" on a roleplaying website that has magicians, such as this one, I can only get stronger if I quit, or try to be a Master Ranger and create a Ranger's Guild within the roleplaying website to have correct monarchy roleplays, or hunt the heretics themselves.
