[@Dr Lovecraft][@StitchedOwl] Anna paused. She watched as the guards all stiffened. The one guard who had yelled at her to halt, and had given her that order, was especially still. They all gulped. She heard them do so. -'y....yes milady." --"O...of course milady." All the guards said one or the other. They scrambled to go do as they were told. That left Anna behind with just the duke, the first suitor to arrive, and the princess herself. Anna gulped. She took a step back. She blinked and looked at the princess when she was addressed. She bowed her head and tried not to make eye contact. She assumed it was disrespectful to even look them in the eye without permission, the princess and her father, the king, that is. "I...I am fine. I...am quite used to it, your' majesty." She attempted to be modest. She did not wish to place any sort of burden or worry on the princess. She was used to being on her own to deal with the guards and such. She hid how nervous and such she was from the princess, or tried to anyway.
