Man, that's a long background read.  Though I do appreciate that it's very well-organized, so it was easy to go through all of it.  

This RP gives me a real Kamigakari sort of vibe, and I like that sort of thing, so I'll say I'm interested.  Of course, I also know my own track record for RPs tends to be a bit weird due to life happening or otherwise getting distracted.
