It may seem trivial to essentially everyone but I can't upload files, I won't be able to for a long time.

Secondly if the website can't or won't support url linking then I'd like a moderator to help me upload an avatar because it's been bugging me, I was frustrated when I mistakenly removed my old profile and am still annoyed that I don't have one.

I also really need an avatar because I haven't updated my bio in three years and I apparently need an avatar in order to change my profiles bio section.
