[@Dark Cloud] small backwater town sounds great, if you want it to be a neutral faction it can be any race other then human/elves/dwarves/halflings. Let me know if you have a preference. Perhaps a Ratfolk, Witch or Frogmen could work, or something else entirely.

[@Lucius Cypher] abandoned lab filled with industrial waste is right on theme. Perhaps an old workshop dungeon that collapsed in on itself after an experiment gone wrong but still has some denizens meandering about. [i]or[/i] it could belong to the Light, an old wizard's lab gone horribly wrong.
