[@Lucius Cypher] From what I got is that the ritual acts as a "punishment" since ritual magics are basically requiring high cost, such as getting shock in attributes. The effect itself, I justify in my fluff, being the imprint of the defiled god, and the god allows the defiler to choose the effect of the imprint in order to understand how powerful he/she is.

Again, Baganaria is a heretic. She still worship Iziza through seeing something that is borderline antithetical to Iziza's domain as the other side of the coin itself.

I'm planning a character development in that she will get Iziza's favor that she will provide Baganaria with Channeling ability in the future.
