Yeah what Mae said. Darc could probably try and fling and consume one humanoidish target, but if he tries to spread himself too thin to hit more he’ll just be a big easy target to get skewered. What he [i]does[/i] have is a net, but even that would only be big enough to wrangle one target. If it was bigger he could trap more.

The best bet if he were to try and take them all out would again, lead them to a perilous location. Either somewhere near a cliff drop or one where Darc could attack from above. With his sticky body and ability to consume inorganic materials he could potentially cause a localized landslide, but that could also potentially get himself and others killed or at least hurt. If he had minions to take that risk he’d do that, but atm he’s effectively solo unless someone else wants to risk their lives instead.

Leading them to a trap is a viable option for either trickery or ambush though.
