Name: Levia Vishap Age: 196 Young Gender: Female Factory: Waste Management Office, Office of Acquisitions, Office of Disposal (Its all one office, it just has 3 signs.) Function of Factory: To seek out hazardous materials, dispose of hazardous materials, or find ways by which said materials can be made non-hazardous. Levia accomplishes this due to her virtual immunity to every form of debuff, poison, and damage over time effect that isn’t literal fire. She will also destroy unwanted products created by the factory floors, using acid to melt down items. Personality: Levia is a person that takes delight in her work...namely, she really, really enjoys breaking things that she’s allowed to. Whether its by breaking, melting, crushing, slashing, or virtually any method of destruction, Levia delights in the act. As head of her office and largely the one doing all the work, she can often be found meandering around other factory sections, leaving the collection of materials mostly to her crew of slimes. Outside of her work, Levia is a very straightforward, blunt sort of person that has little regard for etiquette beyond respecting the authority of the Supreme Beings, but can generally be described as a someone who likes everyone in the guild, since they're the reasons that she's capable of enjoying her work so heartily. Despite her build focusing on killing or destroying over time, she's an impatient sort of person, and would prefer to instantly destroy something with a combination of her sneak attacks and Single Blow abilities. A favor done for her is one that can generally be expected to be repaid, as the chimera woman values loyalty above all else. Creator: The venerable lord NotEvenHere, who, despite his name, was very punctual when it came to playing the game and participating in the Infactorium guild's activity. A ranger and beast tamer by trade, the player most frequently called "Even" wasn't one for crafting or gathering materials, but instead believed that rounding up a menagerie of monsters for the purpose of streamlining the supply for hide, bone, organs, and whatever organic components were needed was where he fit into the guild. He'd trudge into the mechanical halls every day with some bizarre specimen that he insisted was part of a greater project, with Levia's current place of residence being where the animal pens used to be. He never was the most sociable sort, sometimes resorting to using stealth skills to avoid conversing with guild members that he wasn't familiar with, but was known to rave about topics that he loved over private messaging with the guild master and a few others of the inner circle. The slimes that currently exist within her facility were also caught and bred by her creator, making them, in a way, family to her even if they don't have brains to reciprocate the feeling. Levia's creation was one that spurred from what one guild member described as: "Even is on crack and is trying to breed a dragon with a cockatrice". And lo and behold, the literal crack shipping would pay off with NotEvenHere eventually managing to perfect Levia, his Frankenstein of some of the least popular reptilian races to form a behemoth of status resistance. [s]Levia definitely does not have baby photos of her growing bigger, do not ask this, asking this is a breach of protocol and will dub you as a Class 1 Disposable Hazard.[/s] As for WHY he made such a strangely built NPC, NotEvenHere described it as being a way to test the limits of interspecies breeding in YGGDRASIL, with Levia being a complex case of numerous breedings over many months, before finally resulting in the mutant dragon who took a great deal of time to raise up. NotEvenHere vanished four months before YGGDRASIL online's closure, mentioning in a direct message to the guildmaster that he had just had a daughter IRL, and needed to work more overtime if he wanted to be able to afford schooling for her. With no one to care for the animals, they were moved further out and left for NPCs to sustain, but not breed them, with Levia's new position as a Waste Management officer being a fairly recent change for her. Her equipment was requested and designed by NotEvenHere, and was finished a month before he left the game.

Overseer Build
Level: 75 (375) Racial Levels: 30

(B) Dragon: Level 15
Breath Weapon: The ability to produce an elemental organ inside the body that can shoot a stream of a certain element. Levia’s damage type is Acidic. Dragomorph: By having the highest level of a Dragon Race, Levia is capable of shifting between a full dragon form and a humanoid form. Because of her chimeric race level though, this is somewhat corrupted, resulting in an imperfect humanoid form containing many of her reptilian racial traits. Resistance (Acid): Dragons take significantly reduced damage from their breath weapon’s damage type.

(R) Nidhogg: Level 5 (Requires a level 15 Dragon, or Undead Dragon race)
Venomous Blood: Those who descend from the cursed dragon share in its foul blooded nature, converting harmful status effects caused by the user to give beneficial statuses while still counting as debuffs for the purpose of other abilities. Cloying Breath: An alternative breathe weapon available to Levia due to her nature as an Acidic Dragon. Causes the user to emit a large cloud of poisonous gas that counts as Acid, while also inflicting Poison, Burn, and Paralysis to all targets in an area of roughly 30 feet in radius, including the user. The gas lingers and spreads out, but due to the weight of the gas it is unlikely that anyone larger than a dwarf would be affected after the initial blast.

(R) Chimera: Level 1 (Requires completing the quest: “One of a Kind”
Bastardization:Allows the user to take racial traits from monstrous heteromorphic species outside of their usual available options. Cannot combine diametrically opposed races, such as Angels and Undead.

(B) Naga: Level 1
Quadreptile: Nagas possess four arms, allowing them to simultaneously wield four weapons.

(B) Salamander: Level 1
Veins of Obsidian: The user becomes resistant to fire damage from their own, and all other sources.

(B) Cockatrice: Level 1 (Requires completing the quest: “Stone Cold Turkey” with at least one avian race [BYPASSED BY CHIMERA])
Descendant of Entropy: User gains immunity to Petrification from their own sources. Petrification: The user’s unarmed melee attacks become capable of inflicting petrification on targets. Because of her Venomous Blood, Levia will often damage herself once in order to gain the petrification status, which then turns into an armor bonus due to her immunity to the status.

(B) Lizardman: Level 1
Tail Weapon: The user’s large, muscular tail becomes a deadly weapon that they’re capable of using in combat. While it isn’t dexterous enough to hold small objects, it can wrap around large objects and has enough power to inflict blunt crushing damage.

(H) Basilisk: Level 5 (Requires being at least 20 Racial levels in reptilian races.[SUBSTITUTED BY CHIMERA REPLACING REPTILIAN WITH DRACONIC RACES])
Debilitating Poison: The user’s abilities that inflict poison have their duration increased by 50%, and targets afflicted with poison by a Basilisk become unable to cure it aside from magical means. A normal antidote will not cure their poison, but will slow the rate at which it deals damage. Death with a Glance: The user’s very eyes are enchanted with a magical property. Enemies that are 25 levels below the user that suffer this ability have a chance to instantly die, while the usage of this ability on characters “on par” with Levia instead receive the fear status. An enemy 25 levels below Levia that does not die from being too weak will instantly suffer the fear effect regardless of immunity. This ability can be turned on or off for a significant mana cost, taking half of Levia’s MP to switch it on or off.

Job Levels: 45

(B)Assassin: 15
Assassinate: An attack conducted from stealth that allows the user to inflict massive damage, potentially killing a weaker unaware opponent in a single blow. Can only be used with light melee weapons Stealth Sneak: This ability, once used, allows the user to enter a limited form of invisibility, becoming imperceptible to the naked eye so long as it was used while out of sight. Useful in conjunction with Assassinate. Effect ends upon taking damage. Sign of Life: As a class that focuses solely on taking life, an Assassin is capable of sensing the general position of life forms, regardless of whether they’re capable of seeing at the moment. However, this does not distinguish between types of life; An insect may appear the same as a human, due to the general nature of the skill.

(H)Poison Maker: 3 (Requires completing the quest: “Appetite for Revenge”)
Poison Construction: The user is capable of creating poisons both from materials they acquire, and their own racial features if they are applicable. The rarer the materials used, the stronger the poison can become to the point that it can potentially bypass poison immunity.

(R)Master Assassin: 2 (Requires a max level Base Assassin Class)
Sign of Life, Greater: Sign of Life becomes capable of discerning position and types of life with greater accuracy. Formless Expertise: The user becomes capable of using Assassinate with any form of weaponry, including unarmed.

(B)Monk: 10
Fist Proficiency: The user becomes capable of dealing great damage with knuckles and their bare-hands. Ki Manipulation: Utilizing internal energy, the user becomes capable of manipulating the internal flow of their energy, becoming capable of channeling Ki to parts of their body to strengthen or harden them. This also speeds up natural health regeneration. Resistance Massive: By purging an amount of Ki from their body, the user is capable of reducing magic damage by 30% at the cost of a majority of their MP. Flurry of Blows: Using Ki, the monk greatly increases the speed of their attacks, slamming blow after blow into an opponent.

(R)Venomous Fist: 5 (Requires Poison Maker and Monk)
Negative Ki: The user’s very life energy becomes infused with acidic venom, causing blows delivered by the user to deal a mixture of acid and poison in addition to physical damage. Pressure Pointed Poison: Rather than focusing on punches and kicks, this technique focuses on slamming one's flat hand like a knife through muscle and skin, directly injecting poisonous ki within a target that reeks havoc on their internal organs. Applies a continually stacking Venom debuff that also erodes the target's maximum HP over time. Leeching Fist: The user's very ki becomes thorny and barbed, causing the mere act of physical contact to siphon ki from an opponent and add it to the user's Ki pool. This does not affect non-ki-using classes adversely, but a monk without ki is like a fish out of water.

(R)Cursed Knight: 5 (Requires being at least Level 60 and completing the quest: "Terrible Night to Have a Curse".
Break: The Cursed Knight is fated to destroy, and culminates this power in losing the ability to equip low-level items that shatter at being used by the curse bearer. This negative destroys items level 30 and below equipped by the user, but also greatly increases the durability damage the user deals when attacking enemies wearing equipment. Inherit the Nightmare: The cursed blood of the Knight surges through their veins, and, once once the duration of a debuff ends, spreads that debuff to their foremost opponent. Strength of Mayhem: The Cursed Knight thrives in the tribulations that combat and hardship bring, gaining a damage increase for each debuff in place on them.

(R)Single Blow: 5 (Requires at least 10 levels in a Base Monk class, or appropriate High classes)
Planet Rocker: Channeling energy into their fist, the Single Blow class focuses on ending fights with strong, single target, single-hit attacks that send opponents reeling if they even survive. The user builds Ki into their fist, greatly increasing the damage while also making the wind-up time for the next punch very long, making this skill impractical if not used correctly. Pain to Power: Pain is the key to striving ever towards perfection; this mantra allows the user to gradually siphon their HP and place it as a percentile bonus to their next attack, allowing up to 50% of the user's life to be expended at a time. Stalwart Soul: One strike offered, one strike received in kind, one cannot expect to just punch once and win. The user becomes incapable of moving while using Planet Rocker, but gains increased magical and physical defense while charging it up. In addition, the range of Planet Cracker is modified, with the initial punch sending out a shockwave that is capable of hitting opponents who think the punch is all they have to worry about.

Stat Block:

HP:70
MP:10
PHY. ATK: 65
PHY. DEF: 10
AGI: 40
MAG. The garments are crafted to increase the duration of debuffs on the wearer by 25% with the tradeoff being that the wearer's stats increase by 10% for each unique debuff on the user, playing off Levia's unique nature as a "Plague DPS".
Cap of Blackmountain: Levia's snazzy hat, made to compliment her body armor by reducing the amount of resistance the opponent has the more a user strikes, eventually ensuring that just about any debuff, save for Instant Death, can affect even those immunized to them.
Blackmountain Boots: All-leather, in-line soles, aside from providing an increase to the most important stat (Drip), these boots raise the wearer's movement speed in accordance to how many times they have attacked recently, up to a cap of 30%.
Bracelet of Titan Power: Heightens the user's strength, giving them a 10 point increase to PHYS. ATK.
Colossus Amulet: Decreases knockback amount received by 50%.
Greater Belt of Ki: A monk's best friend, and a high level item that increases the maximum amount of Ki the user possesses by 20%, while increasing the regeneration speed of Ki by 30%.
The Ring of Helheim: "Drink deep and descend." The Ring of Helheim was personally crafted by NotEvenHere to counteract Levia's naturally low MP total, increasing her defenses by 40% when her MP is at 30% or below, which is most of the time given its miniscule pool.
Malboro Gold: A strange cosmetic joke item in the form of a box of cigarettes that inflict poison on the user. Levia uses it sometimes, just to enjoy the feeling of regenerating from something that's supposed to kill her.
