[b]What did you do before the Recluse incident?[/b] 
Growing up Oberon had always had an interest in science because of his parents who worked at Oscorp. Until he was twelve he had a happy life with his parents but his dad died from complications of a disease he didn't even know he had. His mom assured him it wasn't genetic but that just made Oberon wonder more what had happened to his father. Throwing himself harder into his studies and getting into some fringe science Oberon discovered gene splicing and in the back of his mind he made it a goal to make the world better through it. After the death of his father his mother through herself into her work and not that Oberon blamed her as he had more time to study and grieve in his own way. That's not to say they didn't have time for each other. His mother made it a point to teach him how to cook for himself as she would be gone alot and secondly about money as what he wanted to do in life was going to take alot of it. She was proud of him. By the time Oberon had turned 17 he had graduated early and took to investing making enough to cover his college tuition and to buy a small but equipped lab by the end of his first year of college. He up until the moment of the event worked on his own theories and patents including a substance that would help cool things while also acting as a lubricant that didn't heat up with friction.

Oberon's mutation deals with cold based powers as follows: Produces through his skin a slick and cold substance that hardens but is also flexible allowing him to move but still be durable. The substance also helps regeneration alot giving him accelerated healing and a high pain tolerance. This also let's him regrow limbs at a very slow rate. The substance when coming into contact with others can freeze on contact. His webbing is laced with the stuff for stronger web fluid and ability to use his cold substance even at range. Lastly is the substance gives him limited camouflaging ability allowing him to blend slightly with his surroundings. Draw backs to all this though is he cant stand heat and if he doesnt consume cold water, ice, or cold food he can't maintain his body temp sending his nervous system into shock.

To run his own company of genetic an bio engineering.

Oberon can be darkly humourous at times but mainly remains serious about his work. If he is attracted to someone they would think he is awkward but he is trying his best.
