Though given some of the things coming out of the man's mouth, in addition to his saw based limb, it really seemed as though he were the mentally unsound one here. Or at the very least entirely out of his depth. In any case though, the Time Lord could still see some use in Ash's lunacy, as it could cause a great deal of unrest if properly manipulated.
