Perhaps we could have Elise do her talent at the Formori court because she would feel uncomfortable performing in front of them to people she barely knows. 

I love the idea of Ozragad performing the bride hunt in Eorzia, especially surrounded by all her women at court. That would be so much fun!

Ohhhh yeeees, gift exchange would be nice too! Especially as you say it makes them have to think about each other and what would be a great gift for them. I think we could incorporate them all? It would set nice paces leading up to the wedding :)
