Very little. I mean back in the fifties when the show had extreme limitations regarding effects you could win by going up stairs or tipping them over. Now though, well good luck with that. Darkstar alloy is the best bet though, pokes holes through em like a knife through paper. And I still think destroying the eyestalk works as far as blinding goes, but it'll start shooting at random generally.

Of course Dalek weaponry works very well on themselves. Time Lord weapons also work, but the Valeyard isn't carrying any Chancellery Guard or military weapons with him, so that's not really an option. A laser screwdriver [i]might[/i] work with enough shots, but that's not a guarantee.
