Welcome. As the title suggests, you will be brought to another world. One of monsters, magic, and fantasy. Instead of needing heroes to save the day, villains to bring havoc to the world, or monsters to do monster-like things, you'll be summoned to become vassals/advisers to a young lord who has zero clue on how to rule his small territory.

This would of course involve improvement of his territory, establishing some sort of commerce, strengthening his military, development of agriculture, and whatnot.
