since Tier 1 Room is taken and I probably can no longer have a Minor Room for my choir hall, then I propose a Tier 2 Minion Lair of my style, with atmospheric traits of [i]dim[/i] and [i]silent[/i]

The size is appropriate as a Tier 2 Room and placed at the opposing side of the Secret Tunnel
