The kitsune looked at the female and frowned at her sick appearance and muttered gently "what did you do Askmui?" he muttered to himself, remembering only his mother name, not his wife's name.  He ordered just some fries and that was it, The android ordered some venison bites to go.

As they walked the kitsune stared off into space, his mind racing a million ways. So distracted he walked right into traffic.

VT whirled around "TORAK!" He yelled as the kitsune snapped out of it  just as he heard the yell and looked over just as something slammed into him, a car slammed into the kitsune harshly, sending the male slamming to the side as VT eyes wide "SHIT!" he yelled, as he raced out and yelled at cars to shut the hell up with their honking "Please don't be dead please don't be dead" he muttered.
