[color=7FFFD4]"Living a normal life would have been pretty boring anyway."[/color] Madalyne said with a slight laugh, she never could imagine herself living a normal human life either. She enjoyed the magic and fighting monsters, and just working together with people who were similar to her, just as she started to climb, they made it about half way up the side of the mountain when the three could hear a familiar sound. A group of five harpies came swooping down and started to attack the three of them with their taloned claws. 

Madalyne started to shield herself with one arm, before turning around and throwing a fireball from her hand setting the one harpy attacking her on fire. One of the harpies was lucky and managed to claw at Niah's hand forcing her to let go of the mountain and started to fall. While another harpy was trying to tack Nancy's pack off of her to try and steal it.
