This looks like it has some extra tunnels and more then one room on it. It can be how you want the lair to look eventually, but right now for the beginner dungeon you need to add one room for the Creature Lair with maybe a small hallway attached at most. You can add these tunnels as downtime projects over the course of the game- we've only just gotten started ;)
