Oops sorry let me answer this question, and oh boy am I enjoying flexing my mental muscles. To answer your question the answer is both and all, but let me explain. Ganondorf is under both Ganon and the Triforce of Power's influence which in itself is a curse in it's own right but to add to his misfortune the methods of the Twinrova and the curse he was born with because of their methods are also at fault.
