He possessss a thinner, but intensely athletic build as a result of a background of intense physical training. He has silvery-blonde, chin-length hair that he often lets cover one of his eyes. His eyes have the typical coloration of his race, not unlike that of an open flame. His garb is form fitting, finding a balance between durability and mobility without the need of armor. Worn with it are many bandage-like wrappings, around the head, hands, and legs. Although not necessarily functional for protective purposes, in skilled hands they have many uses beyond medical. Gender: Male Race: Sheikah Alignment: Light Likes: Exploring, Nature, Music Dislikes: Haughty Attitudes, Redeads, Unnecesaary Bloodshed Skills: Secret Sheikah Arts, Stringed Music, Background: Many stories have been told about the Sheikah people. Of being a mysterious warrior cult that use the shadows themselves as weapons. Of being technological geniuses with ancient mechanical wonders. The most common is that of being the sworn protectors of Hyrule's Royal Family and the Goddess Hylia's bloodline. However, most recently due to the Hyrulean Civil War, the race had been nearly wiped to extinction. Sheik was merely a boy in those days, trained to fight a war beyond his comprehension. In the end, even after the King brought peace to the land, Sheik's training regiment had not changed. His commission as one of the remaining of his people was to become a Guardian of Hyrule, thus his training continued under Impa. In that time, Sheik served the King in secrecy alongside his teacher. Sheik was there, albeit hidden, when the Lord of Theives swore fealty to the King of Hyrule. Although the gerudo painted a picture of poetic positivity with words, Sheik had his own doubts. Still, it was in hyrule's period of peace, and the gerudo had the King's good graces. In those days, when he had down time, he could play music with the Princess. He could explore the land in which his family fought and died for. He could be more than a living memory. Good times, they were. To think that those years of peace in his life wouldn't last... After Ganondorf's rise to power, Impa fled with the Princess and Sheik was tasked with watching over Kakariko. Although the former town of his people was no true fortress, it provided a home to the few refugees that escaped the Castle Town purge. It has been a year now since he's heard from neither of his friends and sitting around has made him anxious. Horror stories of Ganondorf's displays of power permeated throughout Hyrule. Although knowing his commission well, he decided that he would set out to find them. They hadn't met with a terrible fate as well, had they? Theme
