[@Kenshi] The rest of your CS is approved, but you'll need to tone down his powers a bit. Flash-level speed means that normal human agent with guns & tasers don't really pose a threat to him or anyone he chooses to protect. Without our characters feeling like they're in danger there's not much conflict left!
