 If she has samurai experience then if Ria can appeal to Yuuto's Samurai sense of honour she might be able to recruit him to Konoha if he can get past the whole "Land of Iron supports the republic" thing. Otherwise, he'll do his best to try and get a ceasefire and try to achieve peace or fight the side he's honour bound to fight, either for or against.
